For more than 25 years, MCIntl has improved their clients’ bottom line by bringing qualified business leads to their cities and venues.
We work with MCIntl on a continual series of market research reports about the meetings and conventions travel industry. These reports are widely distributed to MCIntl clients and industry professionals, and have been featured in relevant media. As part of an overall website redesign project, we worked with IC Hotels to develop website copy that best captured their brand image of authenticity and experience, while also incorporating SEO keyword strategies in order to improve their search engine rankings.

An unexpected oasis amidst an urban metropolis, Hotel Figueroa is a timeless and enduring gem in downtown Los Angeles that has until recently been a well-kept secret. Located just a stone’s throw from L.A. Live, Staples Center, and the Los Angeles Convention Center, this beloved downtown LA hotel is a true classic, a place that embraces the multicultural history and old-school glamour of southern California, while still remaining friendly, genuine, and completely unpretentious.
As part of an overall website redesign, we worked with Hotel Figueroa to develop website copy that told the story of the hotel’s unique history and character, as well as the story of the vibrant downtown Los Angeles neighborhood. We integrated targeted SEO keywords in order to improve the site’s search engine rankings.

WECREATE NYC is a dynamic coworking space located in Union Square, Manhattan. More than just a “desk farm,” WECREATE seeks to foster collaboration and community through its uniquely designed open workspace.
With so many coworking spaces in New York, we worked to differentiate WECREATE for its creative community of members rather than focus on office amenities. We used this brand vision to redesign the website as well as redefine the product offerings, which include flexible membership and professional development classes.

American CareSource Holdings, Inc., through its operating subsidiaries, is the owner and operator of a growing chain of community-based primary care and urgent care clinics located in the southeastern United States. Their mission is to improve access to high quality, affordable, and conveniently located healthcare, giving patients a viable alternative to address the challenges created by limited access to care and rising medical costs.
We worked with American CareSource to develop a modern brand that would immediately resonate with its target market. We sought to position the company apart from the typical “doc in a box” reputation of most urgent care centers by emphasizing the focus on the doctor-patient relationship and putting a face and name to American CareSource’s physicians.

Since 1995, Ancillary Care Services (ACS) has been building one of the largest and most comprehensive ancillary care networks in the United States, connecting countless patients to 33,000 ancillary providers nationwide while saving our payers millions in healthcare costs.
For this B2B business, we sought to differentiate ACS in the market by positioning the company as a trusted long-term partner to its clients, rather than an easily replaceable vendor providing “solutions.” We translated this new positioning into a new brand identity and website for ACS.

Breaker Log is an easy to use, feature rich fleet management platform offering scalable end-to-end hardware and software solutions that empower drivers and fleets with tools to improve the bottom line and comply with government regulations.
Our market research for Breaker Log revealed that the company was competing in a highly established market with few key players. We sought to differentiate the product through a brand promise of simplicity—Breaker Log offers the complex functions and features that any fleet management platform should have, but with the ease and intuitiveness similar to a Nest thermostat or UP bracelet.
Stealth Fiber is a new product by Stealth Communications, an independently owned telecommunications company that has been providing dedicated Internet access services to mid- and large-enterprises in New York City since 1995. Stealth Fiber is a fiber optic network service offering ultrafast service up to 10 Gbps on specialized photonic technology that allows for dedicated symmetrical bandwidth and direct connectivity (via Big APE) to the world’s major servers.
Our goal with Stealth was to position the company as a breath of fresh air in an industry dominated by powerful Goliaths such as Verizon, as well as provide meaningful context to a product that is typically described in complex jargon.
